Painted from life, this portrait of John Smith was painted at the famous Village Arts of Putney where Richard Schmid, Nancy Guzik and all the Putney Painters have gathered for over a decade to paint together. I'm so proud this piece hangs in the Putney Barn with so many works of the greatest artists of our age. And, I'm proud to say I was inducted as an official member of the Putney Painters in the spring of 2020.
